7 scenery tokens for player or encounter camp sites.  This is a print and cut-out product with PNG graphics files included for importing into virtual tabletop or art editing software.

Printing formats include Letter size paper and A4 paper, presented as PDF files.

The PDFs include one page for colour printing and one page for black/white line-art which employs less ink and can be coloured in by hand.

Scale: standard 1 inch = 5ft.

The graphics files are PNG format. Transparent and with grass options are provided.

The counters are measured as 70x70 pixels per game square.  600 DPI.

With the graphics files some resizing may be required depending upon the type of software used.  This publisher regrets not being able to provide technical support for VTT or graphics programs.  The graphics are in zipped folders.

I meant to write a longer post here earlier. For anyone interested in my style of map drawing and randomness relating to making RPG accessory products, I’m now experimenting with a Twitch livestream channel. Many of things I’ve been drawing so far have been art commissions and not necessarily part of my Inked Adventures “brand” as products, but if you follow Inked Adventures in general, you might enjoy my babbling and doodling on Twitch.

Unable to sell to EU customers (IOSS, import VAT, Etsy)

I am sorry that I am no longer taking orders in the Inked Adventures Etsy store from customers in EU countries in Europe, due to repeated failings in the new IOSS import tax system which means those customers are having items delayed and being charged tax twice plus extra handling charges. Etsy’s IOSS registration details are not being recognised by local post services. I can no longer afford to provide refunds for the overpayments of import tax. Hopefully this situation will be resolved soon. This limitation is only with physical items which I sell in my Etsy store: cards and dice trays. Digital downloads from DriveThru and the OBS sites are unaffected. UK customers can still enjoy free first class delivery.

Counterfeit Map & Dice Playing Cards

I'm finding pirated copies of my Inked Adventures Map & Dice playing cards. They even use my own product photos.

The following sites are NOT legitimate sellers of my products and are possibly criminal in nature.

Any one selling identical cards under a brand called "Lacesi" are selling fakes.  Sometimes they appear on the Alibaba sites.  I do NOT sell through Alibaba.

I DO NOT receive any income from those sites.

I also do not sell through Amazon.  I am currently unable to list my cards on Amazon because, despite being the artist and designer, my products do not have specific retail codes - a restriction created to limit counterfeited goods.  This does not stop sellers of the pirated cards, but Amazon has regularly honoured my requests for listings to be removed when I have reported them.

My main outlet for the playing cards is on Etsy, with print on demand options on US-based DriveThruRPG and The Game Crafter.  Sometimes I sell on Ebay as BilliamBabble and on Folksy (see links in the margins of this site for links to my Etsy storefront or visit the products page).

Postal delays 2021 – Inked Adventures Etsy Store customer guidance

International Customers – Items are reliably posted as International Standard Class Large Letters, for which there is NO tracking number. In normal times it takes 2 weeks for an item to arrive. More recently it has been taking up to 5 weeks to reach some of my customers (especially in the US). In nearly all cases the packages eventually arrive. Royal Mail UK is having problems with backlogs and delays. I cannot refund or replace orders until well after the initial 5 weeks has passed. I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in these strange times.

UK Customers – Items are sent as First Class Large Letters. Normally these would arrive 1-2 days after dispatch, but in a few cases they have taken over a week to arrive. Again, as with my International Customers, I am happy to refund or replace in cases of post definitely becoming lost (after a reasonable period of time). Thank you in advance.

Postal Delays and Reprinting Cards

Recently the UK Royal Mail postal service announced that it was having large backlogs of post (mail) to clear. My own customer feedback is that International Standard Large Letter postage to the US and Canada, which should take no more than 2 weeks, is taking 4-5 weeks to arrive. Royal Mail has also stopped accepting packages for Europe. Locally, First Class next day post can take over a week to arrive.

With so many delays in postage I have temporarily suspended international sales on my Etsy site (I have removed my items from Ebay), since I am unable to provide accurate arrival dates which in turn affects my customer support when it comes to providing full refunds and replacements for lost post.

My existing international customers on Etsy:

I genuinely believe that your items will arrive, but I do not know when. In some cases I can provide refunds. I am reluctant to use my normal policy for declaring post “lost” and sending a replacement under these special circumstances, mainly due to not be able estimate when the second package will arrive. Tracking from UK to international destinations is three times the price of the usually reliable international standard large letter class. There were also practical problems with that service this year due to the Covid Pandemic, so I am unable offer tracking numbers.

Hopefully the situation will be improved in January 2021 when I hope to return to posting internationally. Thank you for your patience.

The Inked Adventures Map & Dice Playing Cards are currently being reprinted in bulk and should be available from the middle of January in my Etsy Inked Adventures store. I am overjoyed at the popularity of that product and keep hoping to restock as long as I can.

International Post Update June 2020

Inked Adventures Map & Dice Playing Cards and the Dungeon Cut-Ups Cards Pocket Edition, as sold on Etsy, are being shipped outside of Europe again.

Nearly all postal services in all countries are experiencing delays due to the pandemic. I still have a refund and replace policy, but I hope customers will allow for extra time before declaring an item as “lost”.

For US customers: Before you order please note that I’m finding that on average, international standard post, between UK and the US, is taking up to 5 weeks as opposed to the normal 2 weeks (10 working days). I can only replace or refund items well after 6 weeks have passed from time of the order. The good news is that the post is getting through, it’s just taking a lot longer than normal. Thank you for your patience, understanding and stay safe!

International Postage Announcement

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UPDATE 12th May 2020

Until my I know existing orders to customers in the US are actually arriving, Inked Adventures (which is UK based) will temporarily stop taking more orders for outside of Europe. This only affects the Etsy and Ebay sites from where I sell the Map & Dice Playing Cards and Pocket Edition Dungeon Cut-Ups Cards, digital downloads from DriveThruRPG are not effected. Normally I quote 10 working days for international post large-letter class items. At the moment for several customers postal delays are looking closer to more than a calendar month from UK to US. It is very difficult operate a replace or refund guarantee without knowing what is the “new normal” international post ETA is. Hopefully things will return to a “normal” normal soon. I apologise for inconveniences caused. – Will M.

I am re-opening the Inked Adventures Etsy for selling small items. These are mainly the Map & Dice Playing Cards and the Dungeon Cut-Ups Cards (Pocket Edition).

I have now altered the way I send out post to reduce contact with counter services during the COVID19 epidemic. So I am able to continue with a limited service.

Please Note that I still have a “replace or refund” policy. However, due to the COVID-19 epidemic causing postal delays in some countries, I’m increasing the length of time to 4 weeks after the estimated arrival date
before I declare an item as “lost” and eligible for replacement or customer refund.

Inked Adventures is temporarily closing it's Etsy and Ebay store pages (setting to "holiday mode"), since I am unable fulfil orders which need to be shipped or posted. I'll be reviewing the situation in April, hopefully things will be back to normal. This mainly affects orders for the Map & Dice Playing Cards (and the Pocket Edition Dungeon Cut-Ups). Recent undispatched orders will be refunded immediately. Digital downloads will still be available as normal at DriveThruRPG.
