Inked Adventures Map & Dice Playing Cards and the Dungeon Cut-Ups Cards Pocket Edition, as sold on Etsy, are being shipped outside of Europe again.
Nearly all postal services in all countries are experiencing delays due to the pandemic. I still have a refund and replace policy, but I hope customers will allow for extra time before declaring an item as “lost”.
For US customers: Before you order please note that I’m finding that on average, international standard post, between UK and the US, is taking up to 5 weeks as opposed to the normal 2 weeks (10 working days). I can only replace or refund items well after 6 weeks have passed from time of the order. The good news is that the post is getting through, it’s just taking a lot longer than normal.
